| Re-registration for the examinations of the second semester for the following programmes |
* Diploma in Computer Based Accounting 2021
* Advanced Diploma in Computer Based Accounting 2021
The Students who wish to apply for the above exams are required to adhere
to the following.
1. Repeat Payment
Last date of Submission: 12th December 2021
2. Examination Fees (For Repeat Students Only)
Repeat Subject: Rs. 1,000/- (per subject)
Examination Fees can be deposited to the Account No. and the Account name:
097100140002229; Development Fund, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce,
University of Sri Jayewardenepura at any branch of the People’s Bank using the
bank deposit slip. The student should clearly mention his/her Name, Registration
Number, ID Number and Relevant Programme in the bank deposit slip. The duly
paid bank deposit slip should be uploaded to the Extension Programme Management
System (ext.mgt.sjp.ac.lk) by the student from 01.12.2021 to 12.12.2021 and the
original bank deposit slip should be posted under registered cover to: Assistant
Registrar, Extension Programme Unit, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce,
University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Gangodawila, Nugegoda on or before 17.12.2021.
Steps to follow:
Registration
1. Log in to your account
2. Select “Registration” in “Examination” menu
3. Select semester and subject
4. Click “Register”
Bank deposit Slip
5. Select file
6. Click “Upload Slip”
Note:
I. Students should renew his/her registration for the particular academic
year before applying for the semester examinations
II. All the other instructions pertaining to this registration are given in
the relevant exam registration page in the system
